Lisa Fritsch, who ran against Greg Abbott in the Republican Primary for Governor of Texas in 2014, discussed the importance of having women in leadership and the difficulty often presented in that journey, using her personal story and signature sense of humor. Fritsch continues to speak and work to negate negative stereotypes that bully women into silence and conformity.
