True Wealth Ventures is pleased to announce the first annual True Wealth Ventures SXSW Startup Pitch Session. Sara Brand and Kerry Rupp, General Partners of True Wealth Ventures, will host the pitch session during SXSW Interactive 2018 in Austin, Texas. This opportunity offers participating startups the opportunity to directly pitch to, engage with and solicit feedback from True Wealth Ventures’ General Partner team – venture capitalists with a combined 40 years of experience in venture, start-ups, strategic management consulting, technology, science and engineering.
We encourage applications from companies and organizations that are addressing problems, gaps and issues in the sustainable consumer and consumer health and wellness verticals. Companies should have at least one woman of significant decision-making authority and with significant ownership on the founding and/or executive team. The pitch session will take place three blocks from the Austin Convention Center, in the heart of SXSW activity on Saturday, March 10, 2018. To apply, please fill out and submit this form via ProSeeder. In order to be considered, in the “Referred By Field” you must type “2018 SXSW Pitch Session Submission.” Please also upload a pitch deck and an active email address. After an initial screen, applicants will be notified by Friday, March 2, 2018, if they will be invited to the in-person pitch session. Note: A SXSW badge is not required to be invited to this event.

- Women in leadership at the company (please include a team page in your pitch deck)
- Market fit for Fund’s investment focus areas
- Early fundraising stage and exit potential
