Women’s Fund of Central Texas Breakfast and Grant Awards.
DESCRIPTION
One woman speaks. A group of women act. Join us for breakfast and conversation as the Women’s Fund celebrates its collective impact on our community.
If anyone knows what it takes to be heard, it’s Lisa Fritsch who ran against Greg Abbott in the Republican Primary for Governor of Texas in 2014. Since then, Fritsch’s political journey called her to effect change, equity, and humanity in a different way. She actively speaks and works to negate negative stereotypes that bully women into silence and conformity.
Using her personal story and signature sense of humor, Fritsch will discuss the importance of having women in leadership and the difficulty often present in that journey.

Inspired by this guiding framework, the Women’s Fund employs a data-driven approach to grantmaking, impact investing, educational programming and leadership development.
