Carradine McAlpine is Head of Operations at True Wealth Ventures, where she amplifies the General Partners’ impact across operations, investor and investment activities. She brings valuable experience from Climate Finance Solutions, where as Chief of Staff she helped companies secure non-dilutive grant funding for high-impact climate solutions.

With extensive experience in business process, operations, sales, and marketing from her roles at tech companies including Twilio, Autodesk, and Red Canary, Carradine brings a wealth of knowledge to the True Wealth Ventures ecosystem. Her commitment to women in business shines through her work with Arise Leadership, an accelerator for high-potential women.

Based in Denver, outside of work, she embraces Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle. She recharges by exploring mountain trails with her Bernedoodle, practicing mindfulness through journaling with her expansive collection of Japanese stationery, or perfecting figure eights with her daughter on Colorado’s glistening ice rinks.
