True Wealth Ventures General Founding Partner Sara Brand will be a judge at 2017 National Cleantech University Prize Business Plan Competition. Clean energy student entrepreneurs selected across 8 regional collegiate competitions will compete for the national prize.

Launched in 2015, Cleantech UP aims to inspire and support cleantech student entrepreneurs nationwide. The Cleantech UP National Competition is the culmination of a series of eight Cleantech UP Collegiate Competitions, in which students received entrepreneurial training and mentoring, and competed for cash prizes to further their technologies and startups.

The two-day event is presented by VentureWell and hosted by the Smart Cities Connect Conference & Expo, an annual event convening 200+ global city leaders to prospect and partner with innovation technology and service providers.
