The 2017 Smart Cities Startup Challenge takes place as part of the larger event; Smart Cities Connect Conference and Expo. True Wealth Ventures Founding General Partner Dr. Sara Brand will be judging 10 finalists during the final pitch competition.

The Smart Cities Connect Conference and Expo takes place in over 200 cities, and brings city leadership together with prospective technological partners, seeking innovative solutions to tackle and address the problems of our most progressive global cities!

The finalists will present their companies and offer their innovative solutions for “Smart Cities” in areas including; healthcare, environment, data analytics, security, energy and resilience, transportation, buildings, communication, ICT networks, water, education, mobile applications, emergency services and more.

All companies exhibiting during the 2-day Conference and Expo will have the chance to present their “Smart City” technology to city leadership, investors, corporate executives, developers, the press, among others.
