Sara Brand will be speaking on a panel along with Brian Smith from S3, Heath Butler from Mercury Fund, James Eadie from Sante and Scott Craig from Latham & Watkins about “Board Service for a Challenged Company.” NVCA’s new board service program will be a one day event at Capital Factory in Austin on September 15 designed for rising GPs. The day will be spent examining key topics around board member leadership and effectiveness. This particular panel at 10am will focus on guiding companies through difficult times as a board member.
