Dalinea (formerly Kloopify) is the first procurement intelligence platform that unites cost, risk, and sustainability insights at the SKU level. Built for procurement, by procurement, we empower teams to uncover true cost drivers—materials, labor, tariffs—and respond to supplier price hikes and pushback with facts, not assumptions. With real-time scenario forecasting and predictive analytics, Dalinea turns uncertainty into a strategic advantage. From RFPs and category strategies to emissions tracking and supplier negotiations, Dalinea gives CPOs, CFOs, and sourcing leaders the visibility they need to reduce costs, anticipate risks, and lead with confidence.

Meet Daniela Osio:
Background: Daniela built her career at the intersection of procurement, supply chain strategy, and operational transformation. At DuPont, she managed over $700 million in procurement spend and led global risk initiatives for a $4 billion business unit. During the Dow + DuPont merger, she delivered over $5 million in annual savings, earning her industry-wide recognition, including ISM’s “30 Under 30 Supply Chain Star”, the Young Transform Award, and speaking on stages around the world. Her experience gave her a front-row seat to the challenges procurement leaders face every day: balancing cost, risk, and supplier complexity without the tools to make truly informed decisions. With a family history of entrepreneurship, Daniela always knew she’d launch something of her own—rooted in the real-world challenges she experienced firsthand.
Why Start Dalinea? Dalinea is the solution Daniela wished she had when she was a procurement professional. When first launching Dalinea, 2021-2022, sustainability was a top priority. So the Dalinea team built a powerful analytics engine that broke down the environmental impact of every product and its components. But as procurement priorities evolved, so has Dalinea. Now in 2025, we are focusing on marrying sustainability with cost savings, managing inflation, and building supply chain visibility. Dalinea enhanced our sustainability engine by integrating it with should-cost modeling. This allows procurement teams to see the manufactured cost of every product, negotiate more effectively to drive cost savings, and gain granular, bottom-up supply chain visibility. Dalinea has grown in response to the real, changing needs of procurement professionals.
Why Seek Venture Capital? To scale Dalinea to meet the demands of today’s global procurement challenges, Dalinea needs capital. Venture funding will allow us to build a world-class B2B enterprise software platform, expand our team, and deepen our technology. It’s about accelerating our ability to deliver transformative value to procurement leaders worldwide.
