  Founding General Partner Sara Brand acted as a judge and sponsor to the Food + City Challenge; “a catalyst for supply chain innovation to improve how we feed our cities.” The event was held at the University of Texas where hundreds of visitors came to learn about the 20 different participants and their take on food innovation– from how we dispose of food waste to energy bars that alleviate nausea.
