It’s been an incredible period of growth and recognition across our portfolio, with several companies making headlines, two exciting new health & sustainability companies joining our portfolio, and two more to be announced soon…. In this short email, we look back on the powerful impact our portfolio made with our annual impact report that shows the cumulative impact our portfolio companies have had, demonstrating the foundation we’re building by investing in women-led companies focused on improving environmental or human health. We also ask that you please send us more companies that might be a fit for us as we remain active investors.
A New Investment: PointHealth

CEO and Co-Founder:
Rachel Gollub
|
|
| We are thrilled to welcome PointHealth to our portfolio, with General Partner Kerry taking a board seat. PointHealth is a clinical AI platform embedded directly within electronic health records (EHRs) to help clinicians make more precise treatment decisions, starting with behavioral health.
Today, only 30–40% of patients respond to their first prescribed medication for depression, often leading to prolonged suffering, avoidable side effects, and increased cost of care. PointHealth addresses this challenge by analyzing real-world patient journeys and recommending treatments based on outcomes from similar patients—more than doubling first-prescription success rates.
The Company is led by Co-Founder and CEO Rachel Gollub, a seasoned technologist and repeat founder with deep experience in healthcare and large-scale systems. PointHealth’s platform integrates seamlessly into clinical workflows and is expanding beyond behavioral health into other complex, high-cost conditions, with the goal of helping clinicians consistently deliver the right treatment at the right time.

HIRING ALERT: The company is hiring for a Chief Revenue Executive (remote) if you have any referrals of someone with deep experience selling into prescriber offices/clinics. |

A New Investment: Shower Stream

| We are also delighted to welcome Shower Stream to the True Wealth Ventures portfolio, with General Partner Sara taking a board seat. Shower Stream transforms hotels with commercial automation and AI-powered sensors, starting with showers, one of hospitality’s costliest pain points. Hotels lose $8B annually to shower water waste, damage, and hidden utility costs. Shower Stream’s patented, web-connected shower head meters water flow, temperature, and usage directly, helping properties cut waste and detect issues faster. At a low monthly subscription price per room, Shower Stream measurably improves room profitability through water, energy, and damage reduction across every property in hotel portfolios.
Priya Thomas, Co-founder and Data Scientist of Shower Stream, is a scientist with a PhD in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics and multiple publications focused on natural resources and decision-making. Her focus before Shower Stream was on using economic and statistical models to analyze behavioral patterns and predict human decisions. That interest led to her co-founding Shower Stream to build one of the first real-world datasets focused on water use behavior inside buildings, combining sensing technology, behavioral analytics, and infrastructure data to better understand point-of-use water consumption.
